KOOKIES Maui Shipping Information

You will have the option to choose your shipping method at checkout. Our preferred provider is the United States Postal Service.

Domestic U.S. orders are shipped via USPS First Class Package Service, USPS Priority Mail and USPS Priority Mail Express.

When choosing your shipping option at checkout, please note:

Tracking: All USPS Package Services include tracking.

Insurance for Domestic Shipments: USPS First Class does NOT include insurance. USPS Priority Mail automatically comes with $50 insurance included. USPS Priority Express Mail comes with $100 insurance included. 

Insurance for International Shipments: USPS First Class International does NOT include insurance. USPS Priority International and USPS Priority Express International both come with $200 insurance included.

**IF YOU CHOOSE A SHIPPING METHOD THAT DOES NOT INCLUDE INSURANCE (USPS First Class or USPS First Class International) AND THE SHIPMENT IS LOST, WE CAN NOT ISSUE YOU A FULL REFUND. PLEASE KEEP THIS IN MIND WHEN CHOOSING YOUR METHOD.**

Once your order is received by us, you will receive an email with order confirmation and another email once it is shipped out including your tracking information. Please allow some time for tracking to update once you receive your shipping confirmation.

Shipments that have been marked as "Delivered" by the carrier company but were not received by you for any reason will NOT be refunded. We are happy to help point you in the right direction to work with the carrier company and provide any information you may need in the process of filing a claim.
