KOOKIES Maui Return & Exchange Policy

We want you to be as excited about your new KOOKIES as we are!

Before ordering please keep in mind the fact that each item is hand-made from up-cycled t-shirts. Slight variations in size and coloration occasionally occur.

Damages and Issues:
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

• Requests for returns & exchanges must be made within 7 days of receipt.
• Items must be unused, original tags in place, and in the same condition as received. Refunds & exchanges will not be issued if item does not meet those requirements.
• Returned items must be received by us within 14 days of approved refund request and sent via a track-able method such as USPS First Class Package or Priority, FedEx or UPS.
• Refunds are issued once the return is received and processed.
• Returned items will be refunded excluding the initial shipping cost. Shipping will be credited only if item is returned due to manufacturing defect.
• Because each item is one-of-a-kind, we cannot do an exact exchange but we can offer another item of the same value.
• Gift cards are not eligible for refunds.
